Forms and Applications
The following buttons allow you to download application forms for all KWPOA procedures, Architectural and Board related. If you are unsure which form to use, please call the office at (415) 721-7429 and speak to Sarah Shideler, AC Coordinator. Category 4, 5, and 6 applications require preliminary review.
Application Timelines
Preliminary Review Applications do not have to be noticed in the newsletter, but complete applications must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. the Monday a week before the scheduled meeting. This allows sufficient time for the committee and staff to review the application and make necessary appointments for site visits.
Full Design, Landscape and New Applications must be noted in the newsletter; therefore complete applications are required to be submitted to the AC no later than 1 p.m. the 21st of each month. (Note: a two week lead-time will assist in assuring the completeness of the application.) These reviews will be scheduled for the following month’s meetings. This again allows for sufficient time for the committee and staff to review the application and make necessary appointments for site visits and submission of the information to the printer for mailing.
Architectural Committee Meetings are generally held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Please check with the KWPOA office for specific agenda listing. It is important for neighbors and residents to be personally involved in the review process and to be in communication with the applicant and the Architectural Committee if they have concerns about a particular project.
Changes to Approved Application
If for some reason any changes to approved plans are made following KWPOA approval, an application must be submitted to the KWPOA Architectural Committee utilizing the application form for Full Design Review (pages 1 and 2, downloadable below) including proof of neighbor notice, and a $100 fee. Unless so minor as to be administratively approved, the application will be noticed in the newsletter and placed on the next available agenda.
