Welcome to Kent Woodlands
Kent Woodlands is a residential community located in Marin County, California. Kent Woodlands consists of approximately 550 residential lots located at the base of Mt. Tamalpais in the Ross Valley. The neighborhood is characterized by its large, heavily wooded home sites.
The Kent Woodlands Property Owners Association ("KWPOA") represents members' interests in traffic safety, fire preparedness, architectural review, social activities, representation on county-wide issues and maintenance of community development standards.
KPOA 2009 Election Results
The following are the results of the 2009 Annual Board of Directors Election on January 20, 2009:
- Betty Fields Segars: 100 Votes
- Kathryn Goldsmith: 103 Votes
- Jesse Gossett: 94 Votes
At the regular monthly Board Meeting on January 22nd, the Board of Directors elected the following officers:
- Joshua Rafner, President
- Mark Garwood, Vice President
- Kathryn Goldsmith, Secretary
- Jesse Gossett, Treasurer
Many thanks to everyone who participated in this yearʼs election, especially guests Supervisor Hal Brown, Kentfield Fire Chief Paul Smith and Sheriff's Lieutenant Doug Pittman for addressing attendees on such important issues as neighborhood safety and interfacing with the county on maintenance issues in Kent Woodlands.
