Annual assessments (or “dues”) are required of every KWPOA member. Assessments are billed annually in January and are due by February 15th. The current annual assessment is $390.


Assessments cover the cost of your association’s operating expenses such as staff, office rental, supplies, printing, insurance, legal counsel and other expenses as needed to enforce the CC&Rs, support our members, and maintain the common areas of Kent Woodlands.

To pay your assessment by debit or credit card through PayPal, enter your address and/or property ID and click on “Pay Now” below. (Payments made after 2/15 will include a 10% late fee and 1% monthly interest.)
