Assessments
Annual assessments (or “dues”) are required of every KWPOA member. Assessments are billed annually in January and are due by February 15th. The current annual assessment is $468 per member lot.
Assessments cover the cost of your association’s operating expenses such as staff, office rental, supplies, printing, insurance, legal counsel and other expenses as needed to enforce the CC&Rs, support our members, and maintain the common areas of Kent Woodlands.

To pay your assessment by debit or credit card through PayPal, enter your address and/or property ID and click on “Pay Now” below. (Payments made after 2/15 will include a 10% late fee and 1% monthly interest.)
