
Assessments
Annual assessments (or “dues”) are required of every KWPOA member. Assessments are billed annually in January and are due by February 15th. The current annual assessment is $468 per member lot.
Assessments cover the cost of your association’s operating expenses such as staff, office rental, supplies, printing, insurance, legal counsel and other expenses as needed to enforce the CC&Rs, support our members, and maintain the common areas of Kent Woodlands.

ONLINE PAYMENTS:
To pay your assessment by debit or credit card through PayPal, enter your property address and/or property ID and click on “Pay Now” below. (Late payments will include a 10% late fee and interest.) You may also request permit stickers for the "Acorn" parking lot at the bottom of Woodland Road (limit of 4).
